Performance scores
Lenovo LOQ 15AHP11 (2026) — the first-year AMD LOQ at the top shelf
The LOQ 15AHP11 at $1,800 pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 250 with a GeForce RTX 5050 (8 GB) and 32 GB of RAM. The flagged strength is mobility at 56 — 93.1% above the gaming-class median of 29 — with reliability at 78 (+47.2%) behind it. The flagged weakness is memory: 32 GB against the class's 64 GB median.
Where it holds up
Photo design posts 87 (top) with gaming at 79 (high) and office at 84.85 (high); the RTX 5050 clears the recommended bar for Overwatch, Grand Theft Auto V and Rainbow Six Siege, and the Photoshop and Visual Studio Code minimums are met. Overall performance reads 55.26 (mid), the modeling/CAD pair 54 (mid) and portability 39.5 (mid) — the carry-forward shape of the current LOQ line.
Where it falls short
The 32 GB ceiling is the flagged gap at a flagship price, and the value index reads 22.3 (low) — the weakest axis on the sheet and the weakest value reading on the 2026 shelf: the RTX 5050 tier costs $1,800 in the first model year. The modeling/CAD pair stays mid on the mainstream CPU.
Price and depreciation
No depreciation anchor is recorded (base $0); no curve or projection applies. The 2026 cohort rate is 0% per year — no cohort history yet; full first-year price exposure with no curve to lean on.
Alternatives to consider
The LOQ 15IPH11 at the same $1,800 is the Intel take with value 29.35; the LOQ 15AHP10 at $1,440 is the 2025 edition of this same shape at $360 less; and the Gigabyte Aero X16 2026 at $1,800 brings gaming 95 (top) with photo 100 (top).
Bottom line
Fairly priced for the class. The mobility-led first-year AMD LOQ (56, top-25) with top-band photo — value 22.3 (low) prices the early-adopter premium honestly.
