The Vivo X200 Ultra is Vivo's 2025 camera flagship taken to the extreme: a 50 MP stabilised main sensor, a 200 MP periscope telephoto, Zeiss processing, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and a 6,000 mAh battery with 90 W charging in a 6.82-inch body. It sells new for about $1,099, and used units already trade from roughly $855 for the 16/512 GB configuration.

Zoom-first photographers have no better alternative at the price; everyone else should weigh the more conventional Vivo X300, which brings the newer Dimensity 9500 in a smaller body for less.
