Buying advice
The A14 is the entry door to iOS at used-flagship money: the iPhone 12 and the 12 mini both trade near $155, with the 12 Pro around $250 for the telephoto and stainless body — our iPhone 12 review has the full picture. All three share 60 Hz OLED panels and modest batteries; that is the real cost of the tier, not the chip. If the budget stretches, the A15 Bionic one generation up buys noticeably more longevity for roughly $90 more.
