The Samsung Galaxy A02s is the 2020 floor of the A-series, running the Snapdragon 450 with a 5000 mAh battery in a 196-gram body and a 6.5-inch 60 Hz IPS panel. Our catalog scores it 12 on everyday use, 82 on compactness and a gaming axis of 0. A 13-megapixel main camera leads the setup, and the 1/16 GB trim was tracked at about $150 new. Two OS upgrades were delivered, so the software window closed years ago. The Galaxy A02 is the closest sibling, and the Galaxy A03 the successor.

Display and design

Verdict

At about $150 new for 1/16 GB, the Galaxy A02s was Samsung's floor for 2020: a big battery, a big screen and update discipline, with everything else at the minimum. Its software window closed years ago, and on the used market that is the fact that matters most; used data itself is sparse. The Galaxy A03 was the direct successor.
